The program was based on our core values of Ahavat Chinam - baseless love - and Areyvut - mutual responsibility - teaching children the importance of finding solutions to live alongside friends and neighbors who are different from them.
Especially during a war, the teachers that organized the peace week wanted to highlight that despite fighting our enemies, the Jewish People love and want to live in peace with everyone.
These initiatives are crucial in helping children understand their role in creating a peaceful world, offering them a positive vision of the future. Thank YOU for enabling them to grow into leaders who have the knowledge and the skills to lead Israel when it’s their turn.
During "Peace Week" at Migdal Ohr, children created beautiful displays that underscored the importance of peace. They participated in a "Peace Parade" and developed interactive theatrical performances based on Torah verses, highlighting the value of living harmoniously with others and seeking out peace on an individual and national level.
