^{Migdal Ohr staff and volunteers were honored to participate in two Sunday Chesed Fairs on the east and west sides of Manhattan. Thank you to Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun (KJ), West Side Institutional, Kesher, and Ramaz for inviting us to take part in these special days of Chesed to spread awareness about amazing causes that people could get involved with. It was very moving to see children coloring artwork for kids at Migdal Ohr and signing a big Israeli flag that will be sent to our alumni on the front lines.}

The event was staffed by our Young Professionals, which make up the fastest growing division of American Friends of Migdal Ohr. Thank YOU to our volunteers Lisa Akrish, Danielle Stiefel, and Zach Gaylis for representing us so well at the fairs and making our participation possible!

This kind of initiative is a direct example of our future - building a community of support for Israel’s more vulnerable children and growing the number of people who are personally invested to care for their needs!
