Adopt-A-Child Program

The Israeli government provides Migdal Ohr with a significant tuition subsidy per child, but it does not cover all of our total financial needs. Items not included in the government subsidy include housing, food, clothing, books, extra curricular activities, tutoring, medical insurance and psychological counseling. We estimate that all these costs amount to an additional $4,000 per child, per year.

This is where we need your help!

We ask you to "adopt" one child at the cost of $4,000 to ensure that they receive the care they so desperately need. You can choose whether you want to "adopt" a boy or a girl. Once you are paired with one of our children, you will receive a thank you note from them as well as bi-annual reports from us about your child's progress. Due to the sensitive nature of these childrens' backgrounds, we can only release their first name-so we encourage you to write to them courtesy of our office.
